Real World Assets(RWA) including physical assets like buildings and tangible properties, is an emerging frontier in the cryptocurrency market. According to McKinsey & Company, RWA tokenization is poised to reach a $2 trillion valuation by 2030.

Through tokenization, physical assets are transformed into blockchain-based tokens to increase liquidity, accessibility, and transparency and provide better control over what are considered traditionally illiquid assets--thus creating new opportunities for investments.
