As a startup founder and a podcast host myself, Iâm constantly looking for new podcasts to turn to for inspiration and asking my network for recommendations.
But what Iâve noticed over the last couple years is that whenever I ask people what and who theyâre listening to, I get the same few answers almost all of the time:

- My First Million
- Naval
- Masters of Scale
And while all of the creators above are absolute beasts and must-listens, if theyâre the only podcasts on your list as well, I think youâre missing out.
