Cryptocurrency markets have exploded in popularity in recent years as more traders and investors seek chances in this new sector.

Despite this, it continues to be plagued by serious flaws and risks to its existence. High network fees, slippage, liquidity concerns, security, and KYC issues are just a few of the issues.

Unizen’s smart exchange aims to address these flaws by merging a centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) architecture, dubbed 'CeDeFi' by the crypto community.

This hybrid platform is one of the most promising CeDeFi ventures, with the ability to change the game for both crypto traders and investors.

What is Unizen?

So, what makes Unizen different from other CEX and DEX exchanges that follow the same model?

Unizen, unlike competitor exchanges, combines crypto goods and exchanges into a single platform, speeding up deal execution.

Furthermore, by providing traders with social sentiment indicators and limiting interaction to vetted items, the platform improves risk reduction.

How does Unizen work?

Unizen's main goal is to provide compliant liquidity solutions to crypto traders. AllianceBlock, which is developing a globally consistent decentralized capital markets system, has joined the project.

Instead of being constrained by centralized exchanges, dealers and investors can now search for their chosen KYC level.

Of course, while operating in the unregulated DeFi domain, it also safeguards market participants.

Three primary technical components support Unizen's CeDeFi architecture:

  1. Unizen modules
  2. Third-party modules
  3. Unizen custom logic.

All three are crucial in establishing a long-term hybrid environment.

Unizen Modules

Unizen will gradually develop and incorporate these modules into the hybrid ecosystem.

The CEX, which is compatible with Binance-shared liquidity, will be the platform's maiden release.

Unizen will provide additional liquidity to cryptocurrency traders and reduce trading slippage.

Unizen will be able to list more basic projects using this module before publishing its third-party DeFi modules.

Third-Party Modules

The foundations for integration with decentralized digital asset marketplaces are Unizen third-party modules.

The smart exchange will enable these modules via a software development kit (SDK), which will provide DeFi developers with flexible APIs for integrating new modules.

The platform will adhere to the defined security requirements to protect DeFi traders and investors as part of its compliant liquidity service.

Unizen Custom Logic

This is the technical element that will bring the Unizen smart exchange ecosystem's operations together.

As more additional partners are added to the platform, it will be constructed iteratively to improve.

Unizen Custom Logic will also house the cross-chain transaction aggregate technology as well as AI-based social sentiment indicators.

In conjunction with LunarCrush, the latter will be available.

Unizen Features

Unizens hybrid exchange platform has the following features.

Centralized Decentralized Finance (CeDeFi) Systems:

Unizen enhances its usefulness by merging the capabilities of BSC's CEX and DEX, allowing crypto traders, investors, and developers to engage securely and without the worry of getting in trouble with the authorities.

CeDeFi is the most recent crypto trend, and it has provided the crypto community an incredible edge in overcoming the limits of DeFi applications.

Unizen's smart exchange hybridization also enables traders to trade at reduced fees and a faster pace, overcoming the worry of spread slippages and executing better trades and orders.

AI-Powered Social Sentiment Indicators (SSI)

LunarCrush is a social media analytics tool that employs artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to follow and monitor crypto market happenings on social media and give that data to traders and investors.

Unizen collaborates with LunarCrush to provide first-hand insights into asset market changes, allowing investors to make well-informed decisions about the best trading agreements and practices for the assets they want to invest in.

Tournament of Altcoins

Unizen's Tournament of Altcoins, also known as Tournament of Alts, is a unique offering that combines analytics from social media crypto communities to vote for the best performing crypto assets or altcoins.

The competition follows a sports-like format, with cryptocurrencies progressing through stages and into the final round. Unizen grades scores using LunarCrush's AI-powered technology.

The following are the results:

  • Unizen Smart Score (ZSS) - The winner of the final round is determined in this way. It combines the Zen Twitter Indicator (ZTI) and the Zen Sentiment Indicator's measurements (ZSI).
  • Unizen also employs ZTI and ZSI to scan through the tournament and compile data on the various crypto assets. They assign scores to these assets depending on the market and social media movements.

The event takes between 24-48 hours for each round. The winning asset receives a free listing and support on the Unizen CeDeFi market after the final round.

The ZCX Token

Unizen has its native token, ZCX which functions as an exchange token similar to Binance Coin (BNB).

Another main use case for the token is Dynamic Multi-Asset Staking. This gives ZCX holders the ability to stake their tokens to earn a variety of other token assets.

Unizen also hosts and maintains an ever-expanding pool of nodes from numerous space projects. ZCX stakers will additionally receive a portion of the node rewards from that pool.

The ZCX token has the following purposes:

  • Exchange Governance - Holders can vote on strategic decisions regarding the platform, including roadmap targets and customizing the UI
  • Reduced Trading Fees - Trading fees will automatically be deducted from ZCX in the user’s Unizen CEX module's wallet.
  • Access to ZenX Labs Portfolio - Staking ZCX earns stakers tickets, allowing them to participate in early rounds of ZenX projects as well as Unizen-hosted IEOs in the future.
  • Token Burns - ZCX will be burned for every paid listing

Conclusion

Unizen Smart Exchange offers a lot to cryptocurrency traders, notably in terms of low slippage, deep liquidity, and high security.

Additional protocols will be put in place as a result of Unizen's high-level cooperation to give more interactivity between investors and the platform.
